Once your order is complete, you will receive an email containing your download link. You can also access your downloads anytime by logging into your account.
No physical item will be shipped for digital products.

Printed pattern books are professionally produced and shipped after your order is placed. We work with a trusted global printing and fulfilment partner with production facilities in multiple regions, allowing orders to be produced closer to your location whenever possible.
Each book is printed on high-quality paper and carefully prepared to ensure clear, durable charts and an enjoyable stitching experience.
