This page explains when returns or refunds may be available and what to do if something isn’t right, whether you’ve ordered a digital download or a printed pattern book.
🗃️ Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital pattern purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable once the download link has been accessed.
If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
🖨️ Printed Pattern Books
Each printed book is produced specifically for your order.
Returns and refunds are accepted only in the following cases:
- The item arrives damaged
- The item has a printing defect
- The wrong item was received
If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
⏱️ Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes can be made after production begins.
